We use reflexive pronouns if the subject is the same as the object:
Jim looked at himself in the mirror (Jim is both the subject and the object).

myself – I saw myself in the reflection.
yourself – You can see yourself in the reflection.
himself – He cut himself.
herself – She speaks to herself in the car.
ourselves – We helped ourselves to a drink.
yourselves – Feel free to help yourselves.
themselves – They enjoyed themselves at the trade fair.
